Sabrina 11 hours of stitching

Here is progress on Sabrina after 11 hours of stitching. I am loving me some roses.

I started on the flowers finally. Getting a little more color to her. I put in the silks....and I love how soft they feel.

Sabrina Second Update

This is what I have done so far. I hope tonight I can stitch more on her. She has been a fun stitch so far. I am being careful so I won't have to frog. I hate doing that!

I have not stitch too far on Sabrina, but I am making some progress. I am LOVING stitching on her. 32 Count Jobelan in Cactus. It looks more blue in pic, but it is more green in real life.

Spring Queen update

I love the colors of Spring Queen. I am so glad I started her and made some small progress.

Clean and Ready

My mom gave me this canister a few years ago. I love anything with Coca Cola, my favorite drink. I use it as my Ort collector. Now it is all cleaned out and ready for my Sabrina orts. I discovered TUSAL (Totally Useless SAL) today. I decided to join in the fun. :) I know the new moon is coming soon. So this weekend be a start at least. I am all ready to go. :)

Life is complete.......

I have my wonderful fabric from Silkweaver. 32 count Jobelan in the color of Cactus. I have the chart and the floss. Next I will work on getting the beads, but since I add them last there is no hurry. I am soooo ready to start on Sabrina!!!

The fabric has more of a green tint to it than the picture shows. I am ready for a NEW camera. The floss looks wonderful. I think the fabric will add a soft contrast to the design.

Celtic Autumn

YES I am obsessed with Sabrina. I can NOT wait to start her. Looking at my Mirabilia patterns today, I came across my Celtic Autumn. I keep forgetting about her. Well not no more. I won't start her for awhile, BUT I do have fabric for her. I will have to get more floss, but this give you an idea what she will look like. I LOVE this!

Celtic Autumn is a Lavender and Lace Design, not a Mirabilia. I love L&L designs but not as much as I LOVE Miras.

Any hoo, here is a floss toss on the fabric and a picture of the design. Now the original design is in purples, but some have done a color conversion for Autumn like colors. I was gifted this from a woman in Scotland from a stitching board. She had a Kit and gave me her "left overs" so I would have an idea of what colors to use etc. TY TY TY Paula!

The fabric is 28 count Khaki even weave. The color of course is better in person than on the computer.
